SLA Support

If you have purchased an SLA from TASC Systems please consult it for direct contact information. As a reminder please have either SLA number, product serial number, licence key, or order number ready prior to speaking to one of our technicians.

Product Repair

All repairs coming from the United States will require a return material authorization (RMA) from TASC Systems. Please contact TASC Systems technical support at rma@tascsystems.com for an RMA number.

All repairs coming from Canada will require a RMA from Cartel Communication Systems Inc. who is the Authorized Distributor for TASC Systems in Canada. Visit www.cartelsys.com for more information.

Please have your product serial number or software licence key available.
